How JP Fish Outdoors Got Started
JP Fish Outdoors was born from JP’s lifelong love of fishing, which started when he was just a young kid spending his mornings, afternoons, and evenings down by the lake. Those early experiences built a deep connection to the outdoors and a passion he still carries today. With his wife, a kindergarten teacher, they recognized a growing need for kids to step away from screens, get outside, and learn hands-on skills like fishing. Together, they created JP Fish Outdoors to give children a chance to build confidence, learn patience, and make lasting memories on the water.

JP Lallier – Founder & Head Fishing Guide
JP is the heart of JP Fish Outdoors. His passion for fishing started at a young age, spending long summer days on the water learning patience, independence, and respect for nature. Today, he shares that same passion with kids through hands-on fishing experiences designed to build confidence and skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Katie Lallier – Operations & Communications Director
Katie helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and out in the community. From organizing camps and communicating with families to marketing and event coordination, she brings structure, creativity, and heart to the program. Her focus is making sure every family feels welcomed, informed, and supported.
Levi – Chief Camp Support & Snack Manager
Levi brings his own personality to camp life—keeping things entertaining, observing from the shoreline, and making sure snack breaks are properly supervised. He may not always be the one fishing, but he plays an important role in keeping camp fun and lighthearted.
Lena – Camp Helper Captain
Lena is always ready to step in and help wherever she’s needed. She loves being in charge of helping hands, organizing small tasks, and making sure things run smoothly. Her leadership and enthusiasm bring extra energy to camp days.
